Step 2 — Root cause analysis: Before applying fixes, we identify why the issue occurred to prevent recurrence.

Step 3 — Buyer communication: We inform the overseas buyer immediately with a clear assessment of impact, options, and recommended course of action.

Step 4 — Corrective action: We work with the factory to implement fixes — whether that means reworking production, sourcing alternative materials, or adjusting timelines.

Step 5 — Verification: After corrective action, we re-inspect to confirm the issue is resolved before proceeding.
