Every sourcing project at Source India follows a structured workflow designed to reduce risk and maintain visibility for overseas buyers.
Phase 1 — Brief and Factory Selection: The buyer shares product specifications, target pricing, and quality expectations. We match these requirements against our factory network and recommend 2-3 suitable production partners.
Phase 2 — Development and Sampling: Selected factories produce development samples. We oversee material selection, construction quality, and fit. Multiple rounds may be needed before buyer approval.
Phase 3 — Costing and Order Placement: Once samples are approved, we coordinate pricing negotiations, prepare quote sheets, and finalise order details including quantities, delivery dates, and packaging specifications.
Phase 4 — Production and Quality Oversight: During bulk production, our QC team conducts in-line inspections at key milestones. We monitor material usage, construction consistency, and timeline adherence.
Phase 5 — Testing and Final Inspection: We coordinate physical and chemical lab testing, conduct AQL-based final inspection, and prepare comprehensive QC reports.
Phase 6 — Shipment: After buyer approval, we oversee packaging, container loading, and documentation. The buyer receives status updates throughout.
This disciplined approach is why overseas brands trust Source India with orders exceeding 200,000 pairs per season.
